Pre-signed peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan a positive signal for the world, says Guterres

The pre-signed peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan in Washington is a positive signal for the entire world, UN Secretary-General António Guterres said.

“Last year brought signs of hope, such as the ceasefire between Cambodia and Thailand, and the agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan mediated by the United States. But far too many crises remain uncontrolled,” Guterres said in his speech.
