Trump losing patience with Russia, says US vice president

U.S. President Donald Trump is running out of patience with Russia, Vice President J.D. Vance said during a speech in North Carolina.

According to Vance, Trump is convinced that the war against Ukraine is harmful to Russia.

“The President is increasingly convinced that this war is a disaster for Russia. You hear me saying this constantly, you hear the President saying this constantly. The war is a disaster for Russia, a disaster for Ukraine, a disaster for America — and we want the killings to stop,” the U.S. official stated.

Vance added that Trump is closely watching economic indicators coming out of Eastern Europe, as well as the mounting casualties on both the Russian and Ukrainian sides.
