Statements make no difference as far as politics is
concerned. Practical actions must follow statements. Director of Genesis
Armenia Think Tank and Foundation, Candidate of Political Sciences, Associate
Professor Abraham Gasparyan referred to the issue of the humanitarian aid not
reaching Artsakh during his interview with 24news.
“Does this mean that they had to leave these people to
starve for more than 220 days so that they would start making statements. If
the world really cared about the Artsakh issue in terms of the people’s right
to self-determination, appropriate measures would have been taken right after
the third day of the blockade,” Abraham Gasparyan noted.
According to the expert, the head of the country has put the
country up for sale on account of his short-sighted, unstable policies in
diplomacy.
“The person occupying the driving seat of the country is an
average liar who changed the core of the entire negotiation process,” Gasparyan
