Markus Ritter is in Syunik, along the road going to the Lachin corridor, and
observes how the situation develops.
Hardly had the government-organized convoy of vehicles
loaded with humanitarian aid for the people of Nagorno-Karabakh arrived at
Lachin Corridor, near the Hakari Bridge, when four EU Mission vehicles
approached it, Armenpress writes.

Markus Ritter noted that they know that the Armenian government wants to send
humanitarian aid to Nagorno-Karabakh.
“We are here, near the Hakari Bridge, to observe the
situation on the ground. Just like you, we do not know whether the Azerbaijani
side will allow the vehicles loaded with humanitarian aid to pass through the
Lachin Corridor and enter Nagorno-Karabakh. We will write a detailed report on
whatever happens here,” Head of Mission of the European Union Mission
noted.
