Israel to nominate Trump for Nobel Peace Prize next year

Israel plans to nominate U.S. President Donald Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize next year, Israeli Parliament Speaker Amir Ohana said during a reception for Trump at the Knesset, gbnews.com writes.

“Mr. Trump, you, more than any other individual, are deserving of the highest recognition for your efforts in promoting peace. Therefore, I hereby announce that together with our good friend, speaker of the House Mike Johnson, we will rally speakers and presidents of parliaments from around the world to submit your candidacy for the Nobel Peace Prize next year,” Ohana said. “The world needs more Trumps.”
