Armenia-US company to be established, says Mirzoyan

During the summit held in Egypt, meetings took place not only with representatives of other foreign ministries but also with officials from Azerbaijan, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan told reporters.

According to Mirzoyan, the sides had the opportunity to exchange views on the full scope and details of the normalization process, focusing particularly on humanitarian issues.

He stressed that the unblocking of regional communications will proceed within a framework of principles that include territorial integrity, inviolability of borders, sovereignty, and the jurisdiction of countries over the relevant infrastructure—along with reciprocity.

Mirzoyan added that the conditions and technical solutions for the Armenian section of the TRIPP route are not yet finalized.

“When we have a complete picture, we will make it public. There will also be an Armenian-American joint company responsible for construction and subsequent operation. All details that remain to be clarified will be finalized and made public. At this stage, what has been agreed upon is what has already been made public,” Mirzoyan said.
