Why was Alexander Kochubayev taken into custody?

Lawyer Alexander Kochubayev has been remanded in custody for two months over a Facebook post. Following his arrest—during which he was reportedly forced to the ground—Kochubayev was charged under Article 490, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, for insulting officials of the legal system.
