Vardan Ghukasyan arrested

A group of about 60–70 officers entered the city hall, forced everyone to the ground, and arrested Vardan Ghukasyan, his assistant told ABC Media.

According to the assistant, Mr. Manukyan, officers from the Sixth Department stormed the Gyumri City Hall building.

“Women are frightened and crying — this is complete lawlessness. They’ve paralyzed the entire city,” Manukyan said.
