Law enforcement not allowing Gegham Manukyan to enter Gyumri City Hall
Gegham Manukyan tried to enter the Gyumri City Hall building, but the police did not allow him to do so. The entrance was also closed to the press. Manukyan urged the police to open the way.
“It’s a public space, it’s the City Hall, we want to go inside. Tell the responsible authorities to open the way,” Manukyan said.
Earlier this morning, investigative actions were underway at Gyumri City Hall.
According to a statement from the Anti-Corruption Committee, eight individuals from the Gyumri community were arrested on charges of giving and receiving large-scale bribes.
