Gyumri residents հeading to Yerevan in support of mayor Vardan Ghukasyan, says municipal official

Residents of Gyumri are traveling to Yerevan to show support for Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan, who was recently taken into custody by law enforcement authorities, Gyumri Deputy Mayor Avetis Arakelyan said.

“We’re heading to Yerevan to raise our voices, to shout out, to stand by our mayor. Hold your ground, people, or we’ll be defeated,” Arakelyan said.
