Multiple detentions reported in Gyumri, says Ruben Mkhitaryan

Several people have been detained from Gyumri’s central square and taken to local divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, according to Gyumri City Council member Ruben Mkhitaryan, who shared the information in a video message.

“I’m now near the Kumayri police division, where Ruben A. Mkhitaryan — a wonderful person — has also been detained. In Nikol’s state, it’s become routine to detain and later arrest people like him. Let’s see what new tricks the great Nikol will come up with for the Armenian people,” Mkhitaryan said in his video, captioned “Long live the Fourth Republic.”
