Interagency meeting scheduled on Gyumri-Kars route reopening, says Ruben Rubinyan

An interagency meeting with Turkish counterparts regarding the reopening of the Gyumri-Kars route will take place in the near future, Armenian Parliament Deputy Speaker Ruben Rubinyan told reporters.

He noted that new details would be provided after the meeting.

When asked whether a special stamp was placed in the passport of Turkey’s special envoy Serdar Kılıç upon his arrival in Armenia, Rubinyan replied, “Please direct that question to the relevant authorities.”
