No diplomatic relations; Armenia conducts negotiations on Georgian-Russian border
Due to the absence of diplomatic relations between Tbilisi and Moscow, Armenia is conducting negotiations on simplifying passage across the Russian-Georgian and Georgian-Armenian borders following the introduction of navigation stamps, Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) Minister for Customs Cooperation Ruslan Davidov said.
“We are currently in the negotiation process… More precisely, it would be correct to say that our Armenian partners are negotiating with the Georgians. As you know, the Russian Federation, unfortunately, currently has no diplomatic relations with Georgia, so these issues are difficult to resolve from Russia’s perspective,” Davidov said.
