Truck drivers’ issue not the only problem in Armenia, says Zakharova

Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova, commenting on the protests of Armenian truck drivers, noted that demonstrations in Armenia are also taking place over a variety of other issues.

“I think that is not the only problem there. As for the truck drivers, the matter is being reviewed by the relevant sectoral agencies,” Zakharova said.

She added that everyone hopes the issue will be resolved promptly, although she could not specify an exact date.
