On the one hand, Azerbaijan sent Ukraine humanitarian aid,
but on the other hand, it has been keeping 120,000 residents of Artsakh in a
terrorist blockade for 221 days, and in a total blockade for 36 days. They are
deprived of all kinds of supplies, even those of a humanitarian kind.
Adviser to the State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh
Artak Beglaryan made a Telegram post on this.
“Unfortunately, what I infer from the overall situation
is that the indigenous people of Artsakh fall victim to the geopolitical
interests and intrigues of different countries, including those that claim to
