Ruben Vardanyan says from Baku prison ‘Artsakh was, is, and will be’

Ruben Vardanyan spoke by phone with his eldest son, David Vardanyan, and asked him to convey three messages:

1. “Artsakh was, is, and will be.”

2. “Believe in yourself — as a part of God, of goodness and light.”

3. “A true hero is the one who can kindle hope where there is none; the one who becomes a support for others when they have lost faith.”

The messages were posted on the Telegram channel of the former state minister of Artsakh.
