The enclave-swap plan is actually a scheme to surround and cripple Armenia, says Tatoyan

Pashinyan’s bold statement to return Artsvashen is actually about leaving many people homeless. He has already gained experience in this with the example of Artsakh and has become skilled. “What threatens Armenia if this artificial plan of exchanging enclaves and territories takes place?

“In reality, this is a plan to put all of Armenia under blockade, destroy and dismember the borders. In terms of strategic security, irreversible problems will arise. For example, one of our interstate roads, the main one, will be blocked, the road that takes us from Ararat through Yeraskh to Vayk, Yeghegnadzor, Jermuk, Goris, Kapan. They will again lead us through the mountains, build roads through the forests, and undermine our security,” Tatoyan stated, presenting evidence of what he said.
