Vagharshapat voter turnout reaches 36.72% as of 5:00 pm, CEC reports

As of 5:00 p.m., 25,655 voters out of 69,866 eligible voters in the Vagharshapat community had cast their ballots, resulting in a turnout of 36.72%, the Central Electoral Commission reports.
