Government to allocate around 18 million drams for Armenian experts’ visit to Baku
On Nov. 21–22, five experts from Armenia will travel to Baku to participate in a roundtable discussion. For this purpose, the Armenian government will allocate around 18 million drams to organize a charter flight from Yerevan to Baku and back. The corresponding decision was adopted at today’s Cabinet meeting. It was included in the agenda as a non-reportable item, CivilNet reports.
According to the justification for the decision, “by participating in the roundtable discussion, contacts between Armenian and Azerbaijani civil society representatives will be enhanced, and mechanisms for building trust between the societies of the two states will be formed.”
