Archbishop Mikayel Ajapahyan requires immediate surgery, says Garnik Danielyan

Archbishop Mikayel Ajapahyan is in urgent need of surgery, Armenian Parliament member Garnik Danielyan of Armenia alliance said.

“This is a very sensitive issue that must be resolved as soon as possible. The Archbishop must be given the opportunity to undergo surgery under the direct supervision and involvement of his physician. The recorded sad statistics should also serve as a reminder for vigilance and prudence — we must ensure that the recorded 23 cases do not become 24. God forbid that the 24th case be the Archbishop himself,” he said.

Danielyan stated that he will actively demand action on this matter, and his request must be fulfilled immediately to ensure the Archbishop receives proper care.
