8 wars in 10 months: Trump speaks again about conflicts he ended
During a 1-hour and 40-minute speech to his supporters in Pennsylvania, U.S. President Donald Trump did not mention the conflict in Ukraine even once, RIA Novosti reports.
“I have ended eight wars in ten months, including those in Kosovo, Serbia, Pakistan, and India, all of which were fierce. Israel and Iran, Egypt and Ethiopia—but you didn’t know that. Armenia and Azerbaijan,” Trump told his supporters.
The U.S. leader also referred to the conflict between Thailand and Cambodia, which he had previously considered resolved, admitting that it has flared up again.
Earlier, Financial Times, citing sources, reported that Trump hopes to reach an agreement on the resolution of the Ukraine conflict “by Christmas.”
