
US Ambassador Kvien to conclude service in Armenia mid-January, US embassy says
After three years in office, Ambassador Kristina Kvien will conclude his service in Armenia in mid-January, the US Embassy in Armenia announced.
Following the ambassador’s departure, US policy in Armenia will remain unchanged. The United States continues to remain committed to its partnership with Armenia and looks forward to the further development of the US-Armenia strategic partnership, as well as the implementation of the bilateral agreements signed between President Trump and Prime Minister Pashinyan during the historic peace summit in Washington on Aug. 8.
