‘I believe you’ll still march through the captured fortress town’: Abraham Gasparyan says on Army Day

Abraham Gasparyan, director of Genesis Armenia Think Tank/Foundation, shared a message on the occasion of Army Day.

“Our army was created thanks to the historical justice, moral consciousness, sense of responsibility, courage, and sacrifices of the sons, parents, and leaders of the Armenian people, with a consciousness of Armenian continuity and the future. We are obligated to protect it as the apple of our eyes.

Despite the heavy reality of its wars, victories, setbacks, and imposed defeats, the army continues to remain the only tangible guarantor of our state-building identity, our national just dreams, and true independence.

Happy holiday, Armenian army. I believe you will still march through the captured fortress town.
