Armed intrusion attempt at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate foiled

US Secret Service agents prevented an attempt to breach President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate, the agency’s spokesperson Anthony Guglielmi reports.

“An armed man was shot and killed by US Secret Service agents and local police early this morning after attempting to illegally enter the Mar-a-Lago grounds,” Guglielmi wrote on X.

The attacker was approximately 20 years old and was carrying a firearm and a container of gasoline.
