Bayramov says Aliyev won’t attend European Political Community summit in Armenia

Azerbaijan will not participate at any level in the European Political Community summit scheduled to take place in Armenia, Azerbaijani media report, citing country’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.

The minister noted that President Ilham Aliyev’s busy schedule in May does not allow for such a visit.
