It is an obvious fact that the Western partners want the peace treaty (between Armenia and Azerbaijan) to be concluded only in their territory, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said this.
“Azerbaijan is ready to sign it in Russia, where, as a matter of fact, the efforts to end the conflict and to build an entire complex of cooperation for settling all the issues have started. I am unaware of Yerevan’s position on this, although certain messages were sent to the capital of Armenia long ago,” Lavrov said in a press conference.
