Toivo Klaar: We are encouraged by substantive bilateral contacts between Baku and Yerevan

Having ended his two-day visit to Armenia, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar made an X post on it.

“Encouraged by substantive bilateral contacts between Baku and Yerevan and looking forward to also fully re-engage with Azerbaijani interlocutors following elections,” Klaar wrote.
