First Deputy Chairman of the Committee of the State Duma for the CIS and Relations with Russian Nationals Abroad Konstantin Zatulin said the fact of ethnic cleansing in Artsakh perpetrated by Azerbaijan is beyond a shadow of a doubt, Gazeta.Ru reports.
“ This is the case at least in the sense that the entire population of Artsakh left their homes, the land that is their homeland,” he said.
Zatulin noted that Azerbaijan actually committed ethnic cleansing in Artsakh “regardless of what our world, international organizations, or others may say”.
