Discussions on inter-parliamentary dialogue between Armenia and Azerbaijan may take place in Geneva
Discussions on the creation of a platform for inter-parliamentary dialogue between Armenia and Azerbaijan may take place in Geneva in March. Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) Secretary General Martin Chungong said this during his visit to Baku, the Azerbaijani media reports.
According to him, he discussed the issue with the Azerbaijani authorities and was “satisfied with the answer”.
Within the framework of the next IPU assembly, scheduled for March 23-27, the Azerbaijani National Assembly Speaker’s meeting with the Armenian colleagues is planned. The meeting is expected to be informal.
