Red Cross visits Armenian politicians held captive in Baku

In late January and early February, the delegates of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) again visited the Armenians held captive in Baku. 

As reported, private meetings were arranged with the political figures of Artsakh and conditions were created for them to contact their families.
