Ukraine has accepted the instructions from the West to fight Russia to the bitter end. Russian President Vladimir Putin said this in an interview to American journalist Tucker Carlson.
To Carlson’s question whether there will be negotiations with Ukraine and why peace talks have not been held so far, Putin said the negotiations with Ukraine were about to end in 2022, but after the withdrawal of troops from Kyiv, the Ukrainian side went back on all agreements.
“And they heeded the instructions from the Western countries, i.e. Europe and the U.S., to fight Russia to the bitter end,” he said.
