The West is planning to cause a major source of instability in Central Asia. Secretary of the Security Council of Russia Nikolai Patrushev said this.
In Bishkek, at the meeting of the secretaries of the Security Councils on the Afghanistan issue, Patrushev described how the West, to maintain its hegemony, is wreaking havoc around the world.
“The plan is to create a great source of instability in Central Asia,” he said.
