The West is trying to shake the situation up in the South Caucasus and interfere in the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict settlement process. Secretary of the Security Council of Russia Nikolai Patrushev said this.
“We can also see the desire of Western countries to shake the situation up in the South Caucasus, as well as to interfere in the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict settlement process; this has led to the escalation of the situation in these regions,” Patrushev said in Bishkek, at the meeting of the secretaries of the Security Councils on the Afghanistan issue.
