Members of Parliament: As we have a path to tread, I will refrain from making judgments about Russia
The Russian peacekeepers failed to fulfill their duties under the tripartite statement of November 9. Vahram Balayan, chairman of the Standing Committee on Foreign Relations of the National Assembly of Artsakh, said this to ABC media.
“Yes, the Russian peacekeepers failed to do their job well, but we still have a path to tread, and there is no need to speak sharply or make judgements,” Balayan said. To remind, today a meeting is taking place at the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Artsakh in the Republic of Armenia, dedicated to the 36th anniversary of the Artsakh movement.
The meeting is attended by Artsakh President Samvel Shahramanyan, Artsakh National Assembly MPs, and participants of the Artsakh movement.
