The world is becoming less safe by the day; it is becoming multipolar, which is causing a danger of chaos. U.N. Secretary-General António Guterres said this in Geneva.
“The world is becoming less safe by the day. After decades of stable relations between powers, we are entering an era of multipolarity,” he said.
“This opens up new opportunities for leadership and justice at the international level. However, without established international institutions, multipolarity involves a danger of chaos,” Guterres added.
