Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the board meeting of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs that those should come to Russia, who respect the country’s traditions, history and language.
“The basic principle should be that only those, respecting our traditions, language and history, will come to work in Russia. That principle should be decisive,” Putin said.
