The issue of the cession of Tavush villages is not the problem of Tavush residents alone; it is our common problem. Honored Artist of Armenia Arsen Grigoryan said this to ABC media.
“I am against it when they say that everyone should do his own job. There are things that are common to all Armenians — not only in Armenia but all over the world. Everyone should be interested in the security of Voskepar, Baghanis, Tegh villages, Nerkin Hand, Vardenis and other border areas,” Grigoryan said.
According to him, we must all stand up for our state and national rights, because not only the territories of Armenia, but also our historical and cultural monuments are at stake.
“Wake up, and you will see that we are losing what we have one by one. Wake up, and you will see that the problem will not be cured by the cession of Voskepar or other villages,” Grigoryan said.
To remind, a rally is taking place today in Voskepar village of Tavush Province. There are MPs of the National Assembly and public figures among the participants.
