“According to the information I have, Mr. Grigoryan did not refuse to go to Tavush; the meeting with the residents of Tavush will be held in Yerevan,” Arzoyan said.

The residents of Tavush had demanded a meeting with Mher Grigoryan, but today news came in that Grigoryan refused to go to Kirants to meet with the protesters.
