CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov said that Baku has its own forces to ensure security in Artsakh. “It is obvious that this issue cannot be settled unilaterally; the region largely depends on the prospects of a peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan,” he said, commenting on the withdrawal of the Russian peacekeeping troops from Artsakh.
