Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan: There is no Azerbaijani flag in Voskepar; There has been misunderstanding 

There has been some misunderstanding in the media since the morning; I was quoted as saying that an Azerbaijani flag was already flying in Voskepar. I did not say such a thing. Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, the primate of the Diocese of Tavush, said this to the press.

“I said, ‘according to the information I have received, on the opposite positions, an Azerbaijani flag has been hoisted, which I have not seen myself,’” Archbishop Bagrat said.
