The talks in Almaty between Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov have ended, TASS reports. The meeting lasted more than four hours. There have been no statements about the outcomes of the talks yet.
