At a press briefing, Principal Deputy Spokesperson for the U.S. Department of State Vedant Patel talked about the meeting between the Armenian and Azerbaijan foreign ministers held in Kazakhstan.
“When it comes to the Nagorno-Karabakh region, we continue to believe that peace is possible. It’s something that the Secretary and others continue to remain deeply engaged on. I don’t have any updates on the negotiations between the parties, but we will continue to support this process,” Patel said.
