Gaya Arzumanyan: It is the flag of Artsakh that catches your eye, because people from Lori, Ijevan are flying the flag of Artsakh

Gaya Arzumanyan, a singer born in Artsakh, spoke with ABC media about the accusations that people from Artsakh take part in rallies in Yerevan.

“Do I not have a voice? I think that thanks to my voice, many people give me claps as I sing, as I have such a loud voice, and I am able to represent Artsakh and fly the flag of Artsakh high, and I will do so until the end of my life. Why do you talk so much about the issue of the people of Artsakh? Is it because the flag of Artsakh constantly catches your eye? People from Lori, Ijevan, Ashtarak, they are all flying the flag of Artsakh because we are all Armenians, and it is not only Artsakhis who are here now. All Armenians are here; I am proud that we are such a nation. I come here proudly so that you and I will reach Artsakh together,” Arzumanyan said.

The singer said that we will never live peacefully, because we are a very strong nation.

“Everyone wants to lay their hands on our country, because it is the most beautiful country in the world. That’s why everyone talks about us and wants to get their hands on our country. But you won’t be able to; the nation of our beautiful country is very strong. I want all the lands that we have lost to return to Armenians so that Armenians can live in a powerful and strong Armenia. My parents are walking with me so that we can achieve our goal,” Gaya Arzumanyan concluded.
