Iran’s high-ranking officials’ funeral date announced

The funeral of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi and other officials accompanying him, including Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, will take place on May 21 in Tabriz, Mehr news agency reports.

To remind, yesterday, May 19, the helicopter carrying the Iranian president suffered a “hard landing” in East Azerbaijan province of Iran. As a result, the crew and all passengers, including the country’s president and the foreign minister, were killed.
