Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov explained the reasons for summoning Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopirkin to Moscow.
“Ambassadors regularly come back for consultations,” Lavrov said.
He also noted that what should have been announced about summoning Kopirkin has already been announced.
“This is also the case with advisers, secretaries, attachés. If need arises, they come back,” Lavrov said.
To remind, on May 24, the Russian ambassador to Armenia was summoned to Moscow for consultations.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia announced that it was the decision of the Russian side to call Sergey Kopirkin to Moscow.
