29 detainees facing criminal arrests

The 29 detainees whom I have visited have been arrested on criminal charges, human rights activist Vahan Hovhannisyan told ABC Media.

“Whoever I have visited—and I have already visited many—have been arrested on criminal charges instead of disciplinary ones,” Hovhannisyan noted.

To remind, a few hours ago, a clash took place between the police and protesters outside the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. As a result, 29 people were arrested.
