Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopirkin, who was summoned to Moscow for consultations, will soon return to Armenia and resume his duties; lowering of the level of diplomatic relations is not being considered. As RIA Novosti reports, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin said this.
To remind, on May 24, Kopirkin was summoned to Moscow for consultations.
