Baghramyan-Demirchyan intersection remains closed

Members of the Tavush for the Homeland movement kept the Baghramyan-Demirchyan intersection closed overnight.

After the rally in Republic Square yesterday, the participants of the movement, led by Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, marched to Baghramyan Avenue. However, the police did not allow them to turn to Demirchyan Street from Baghramyan Avenue.

People put up tents and stayed outside overnight. The protest continues; people continue to keep the intersection closed.

To remind, during the rally yesterday, Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan announced the upcoming activities of the movement and noted that they will continue the struggle on the streets for 96 hours until they ensure a conclusive victory.
