Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan: It is a shame for us to have such authorities
Giving a speech on Baghramyan Avenue, Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan talked about the claims that he is inciting clashes.
“They say that I am inciting clashes so that they can arrest me and free me from all this. What difference does it make whether we are behind bars or free? All the same, we are prisoners— physically, mentally, spiritually, and morally. It is a shame that we have such authorities. We don’t even know many of the officials. A little while ago, people were talking, saying that one or two of them passed by whom they didn’t know. We don’t know who these people are, where they have come from, what values they hold, or what biography they have? That is why I say that it is a shame for us to have such authorities. We have to erase them from our lives,” Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan said.
He urged the participants of the movement to wait there until the MPs leave the National Assembly.
“After they leave the meeting, I will talk to them to understand our further steps,” he said.
