Haterk village head arrested

Vardan Grigoryan, the head of Haterk village, has been arrested from his own car near Byurakan, lawyer Ruben Melikyan wrote.

“At the moment, we are trying to verify the information that those who arrested Mr. Grigoryan left his young children alone in the car; all alone; on the road.

I can’t believe that they did such a thing. I will address the issue on a live stream a little later,” Melikyan wrote.
